  Warren is a qualified lawyer (with First Class Honours) and accountant with nearly 18 years experience in taxation and business law.

Warren worked for 10 years at the ATO and has worked for nearly 8 years as a lawyer.

Warren has exceptional skill in the areas of tax planning and structuring (in Australia and internationally), asset protection, commercial law, accounting and superannuation, and more recently, internet marketing! Warren Black won the Mallesons Stephen Jacques prize for his Honours thesis on Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax while at University.

Warren is an accomplished Australia-wide and international presenter. Warren has presented many seminars, including the The Intelligence Group of the Rich™ and Money Masters™ conferences throughout Australia . These seminars equip traders and investors, and the average mum and dad, to be financially successful, minimise their tax and keep their wealth secure.

Warren 's unique gift is to make the complex secrets of the rich simple and easily understandable, whether tax, asset protection or otherwise, for the average mum and dad and the new beginner to the business, investing and trading world.

Originally from South Africa, Wayne grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. He has over 10 years experience in a large multinational group as a senior manager. He brings a new level of care and perfection, to The Intelligence Group™.

Wayne is a financial planner who had his own financial planning business in South Africa. He is passionate about what he calls the best job in the world - helping people look after their own financial future and ensuring the wealth and welfare of their loved ones.
