ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL – Warren Black

  Warren is a qualified lawyer (with First Class Honours) and accountant with nearly 18 years experience in taxation and business law.

Warren worked for 10 years at the ATO and has worked for nearly 8 years as a lawyer.

Warren has exceptional skill in the areas of tax planning and structuring (in Australia and internationally), asset protection, commercial law, accounting and superannuation, and more recently, internet marketing! Warren Black won the Mallesons Stephen Jacques prize for his Honours thesis on Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax while at University.

Warren is an accomplished Australia-wide and international presenter. Warren has presented many seminars, including the Tax Intelligence of the Rich™ and Money Masters™ conferences throughout Australia . These seminars equip traders and investors, and the average mum and dad, to be financially successful, minimise their tax and keep their wealth secure.

Warren 's unique gift is to make the complex secrets of the rich simple and easily understandable, whether tax, asset protection or otherwise, for the average mum and dad and the new beginner to the business, investing and trading world.

Warren has a CD “Building Your Foundation Upon the Rock” that makes the world of tax, structuring and superannuation very simple to the average person.

Warren 's burning passion is to see reformation in government and societal issues. ABOUT THE GENERAL MANAGER – Grace Black

Grace is the General Manager of Tax Intelligence™ and the engine room behind the operations, staff and systems.

Behind every successful business are a successful and efficient system, and a brilliant General Manager. This is where Grace shines. Grace is the heart of the business; the engine room that keeps everything running efficiently; ensuring top service and nurturing of our clients by our staff.

Born in the Philippines , and overcoming incredible obstacles, Grace has become a modern day miracle of excellence and outstanding performance, no matter what your story.

A certified life coach in quantum physics through the training of Doctor John De Martini, Grace is an expert in sales, customer relations and transformation in all areas of life.

Grace always loves to speak to, and hear from, our clients.

ABOUT THE STAFF

Ester Bell

Ester is our Administrative Support Assistant, and one of our most valued contributors. As Grace says, we can do without anyone, except Ester (!) as she does so many of the little tasks that go unnoticed such as filing, banking, posting, binding, creating files, ordering stationary and the like.

Ester is a Filipino, happily married with no children. She loves gardening, fishing, camping, collecting stamps, notes and coins, writing to friends and travelling.

Jade Gould

Jade is an accountant at Tax Intelligence™ who prepares tax returns for our clients, as well as helping with their books. Contact Jade with any queries on tax, and he always seems to know the answer!

Jade enjoys going to church, and travelling, and is a very keen property and share investor.

Steven Harrison

Steven Harrison is our Chartered Accountant. If there is anything about tax that Steven doesn't know, it can only be because it isn't written in the law as yet! Steven is a genuine expert in every area of tax, and business planning.

Steven is married to Karen with no children. Steven enjoys reading, family, going to church and living a quiet life.

Kate Higgins

Kate Higgins is the Client Relations Manager with Tax Intelligence™. Kate's role includes assisting Tax Intelligence™ clients with any questions or queries that they may have. Kate is currently working towards her Accounting and Law degrees and is due to complete her studies in 2008.

Kate is passionate about wealth creation and personal development. She enjoys cooking and entertaining with friends and family.

Stephanie Slade

Stephanie Slade is a Solicitor with Tax Intelligence™. She completed her law degree at Notre Dame in 2006 and has just completed College of Law to be a fully fledged lawyer. As well as handling tax and commercial law matters, and with a specialist knowledge of Rick Otten property strategies (lease options, instalment contracts) and drafting the contracts, Stephanie is also the manager of trusts, companies and superannuation.

Stephanie is a keen rower, reader, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Kevin Dobra

Kevin is the newest addition to the team at Tax Intelligence™, having joined us on 11 March 2008. Kevin’s function is to manage the accounting division, and as well as a specialist CPA, is a genius in taxation law, company tax, and loves helping clients with their problems. Kevin is the dynamic engine force who is bringing the Tax Intelligence Accounting team into order to improve efficiency and take us to the next level.

Kevin is married with children, and loves spending time with his family, as well as being a keen rower.

Donnelle Baldock

Donnelle is a Law Clerk at Tax Intelligence™, having joined us in February 2008. Donnelle is a graduate from Murdoch Law School, who is training to become a solicitor. Donnelle graduated with top marks at University and first class merit honours, and is an exciting new addition to the team.

Donnelle is renovating her new house, and loves sport, cooking and spending time with family.
